Born and raised in Scotland, Alev Karslı continued her passion for color at makeup school after studying art. She worked as both an educator and a make-up artist behind the scenes at international fashion weeks for a global brand. Alev, who specializes in special day and bridal make-up, loves the energy of the country and Istanbul. Turkish women's preference for a clean, shiny glam look has been the biggest source of motivation for Alev to realize her art as she wishes. Thus, he chose to continue his career in Istanbul and still operates in Istanbul.

Throughout her 18-year career, Alev Karslı has developed a passion that she calls "decorating the eyes". Whether looking for a natural lift to define the eyes, achieving the most in-demand almond eye look, or adding depth to add drama, eyeshadows and lashes are an essential part of Alev's makeup kit. Although she had individual favorite eyeshadows from different palettes, Alev could not find a single palette in which she used all the colors and carefully formulated her own palette. Colors and textures were chosen to create any look, creating an “All eye needs” palette. The hard part is choosing your favorite color!
